We relocate people with disabilities & people with injuries, assisting our clients to locate a home that suits their specific requirements & enables them to enjoy a better way of life.

Our consultants have worked closely with Occupational Therapists and Home Modifier builders so they are able to conduct preliminary checks on properties before professional reports are done and modifications begin. We are a cost effective solution of getting client’s out of hospital or rehab and into their new home.

Liaising with Hospitals, Case Managers, Occupational Therapists, Government Agencies, Home Hunters Assist has successfully sourced appropriate housing for hundreds of clients.
